Russ Meinhardt is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in a family business. During his tenure, he navigated the complexities of building effective leadership, guiding the organization through challenges and uncertainties, and fostering a strong culture by cultivating relationships at all levels. One of his most notable achievements was successfully transitioning the third-generation family business to new ownership, resulting in a generational wealth event for the family.

In addition to his family business experience, Russ has held several private equity operating roles, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and business development. After spending the last decade in an Acumen peer group, where he witnessed the transformative power of "Iron sharpens Iron," Russ has joined Acumen as a Growth Catalyst.
