Leadership Academy Journey

Leadership Academy is a 12-month development experience for the people already managing your teams, projects, and priorities. Each month, your managers will step into a 2-hour online session packed with practical tools, proven frameworks, and real-world examples they can use immediately.

Your managers shape how your people experience your company. This program gives them the tools to lead with consistency, communicate clearly, and create trust — so your culture scales as your company grows.

  • You can jump in at any time — your registration includes a full year of access from the day you start. That means every leader gets 12 months of growth, no matter when they begin.

  • Leadership Academy starting August/September of 2025.
