I chose to join Acumen because it provides an opportunity to work closely with CEOs who are navigating the complex and often isolating challenges of leadership. With my experience in both large organizations and small businesses, I’m passionate about offering the support and strategic insight that helps leaders align their personal values with business decisions, ultimately driving sustainable success.
Leaders, especially CEOs, often face the difficult task of balancing the needs of employees, management, and ownership, all while staying grounded in their personal values. The pressure to make decisions that impact not only the company but the people within it can be overwhelming. Sometimes, having a confidential advisor who has walked in their shoes can make all the difference in navigating those challenges.
I’ve shifted to working part-time, giving me the flexibility to maintain a balanced schedule. I make sure my workday is focused but not overwhelming, wrapping up early so I can unwind with music, dive into a good book, or enjoy some time watching TV.
Creative, collaborative, honest, and hardworking.
After work, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family, especially my grandchildren.
