Robert “Cujo” Teschner is many things – a combat veteran, fighter pilot, and retired Air Force Colonel; a cancer survivor; the Founder, CEO, and Chief Consultant at VMax Group; a highly sought-after public speaker; and the bestselling author of Debrief to Win. When cancer forced him into an early retirement from the Air Force, he pivoted to teaching businesses to apply the concepts he had focused on during his time as an F-15 “Eagle” instructor at the prestigious U.S. Air Force Weapons school – accountability and debrief principles that allow all teams to thrive, even during disruption.
