I’ve been using the FETCH process for a couple of weeks – both at home and work. And, the part about humans having a tendency to sugar coat is definitely true for me. What I found is clearly stating the problem right at the beginning is really liberating, and shortens the process. I feel like I have a ways to go, but it is already improving my interactions with staff and family.
