After a career spanning six years as an Operations Management Officer in the United States Air Force and 27 years with airport engineering firm Armstrong Consultants, 11 of which were as President and CEO, Dennis Corsi continues to follow his passions and dreams. As an Acumen Growth Catalyst in the Front Range of Denver, Colorado he is coming alongside other CEOs and business owners to help them achieve their professional and personal goals and reach their mountaintops.
Dennis holds a Master of Aeronautical Science in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, and is an instrument-rated private pilot.
As CEO, Dennis was instrumental in developing and executing Armstrong’s strategic plan and corporate vision, which included marketing and business development, strategic partnerships, new market pursuits, contract negotiations, quality control, risk management, and financial oversight. He also led the M&A effort that resulted in the firm being acquired by a large, multi-disciplinary national firm.
Now, Dennis is focused on paying it forward as an Executive Coach and Growth Catalyst with Acumen.
Dennis is blessed with six amazing children, including two biological and four adopted from Asia, as well as a wonderful daughter-in-law and a great son-in-law. A committed Christ follower, he is an active member of Christ Church in Littleton, CO.
He enjoys spending time with his children and his community of friends and colleagues. Dennis lives life to the fullest and has a passion for traveling, golfing, skiing, and hiking throughout the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
He is excited to come alongside you to help create extraordinary outcomes and fulfillment in both your business and personal lives.
I joined Acumen so that I can use my extensive business and life experience to help other business owners and leaders create extraordinary outcomes in their businesses and fulfillment in their lives.
Besides typical business challenges of hiring the right people, cash flow, sales, and being overwhelmed in general, I see isolation, lack of community, and limited sources of wisdom, i.e. an experienced sounding board for feedback and decision making, as being the greatest challenges facing CEOs today.
I recharge for each day through my morning process of devotionals, prayer, and journaling, and worship music. This keeps me grounded on the things that I am grateful for and energizes me for whatever God is going to accomplish through me that day.
I am blessed with six amazing children, including two biological children and four adopted children from Asia, a wonderful daughter-in-law and a great son-in-law.
Spending time with my kids, meeting up with my friends and colleagues, relaxing on my patio with a cold craft beer and listening to my favorite music, playing a round of golf, or hiking a Colorado 14'er.
