Curt has always been a hard worker, starting as a popcorn vendor at the Last Chance Stampede and Fair when he was just 11 years old. After university, he ventured into the world of big corporate business—multi-billion-dollar companies—where he was fortunate to be well-led and consistently challenged to never settle. He learned that processes and results could always be improved. In this environment, startups, mergers and acquisitions, and integrations became the norm. He checked all the functional boxes and later transitioned to small business, where he served as President, CEO, EVP, and Director, both domestically and internationally.
With diverse experience and a unique ability to connect the business dots, Curt makes practical sense of complex situations. He has a knack for achieving results where 1 + 1 is greater than 3, leading to growth for both individuals and businesses. As an entrepreneur, he enjoys building community, fostering connections, and promoting the well-being of others.
1. Defining their business strategy and aligning the team to simply execute.
2. Focusing on what CEOs know the truth to be that makes their company objectively successful without succumbing to today's societal norms.

I’ve been happily married to Becky for 38 years, and together we have three boys and a grandson.
